Crab cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh crab meat
  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes
  • Coriander
  • Salt & pepper
  • Minced fresh red chillies
  • 1 Egg

Notes

NOTE - You might like to add carrots and green peas to your crab cakes. You can also use other herbs like parsley and chives or spring onions. It is just nice to make stuff when I have time and freeze them for a fast lunch like today when I am too busy to cook.
NOTE - You can also egg wash and bread crumb them or use panko crumbs to coat the crab cakes before freezing. I am trying to be a tad low carbohydrates. The truth is i am not a big fan of bread crumbs.
